The Sailfish Leather Patch Hat is made from rugged oil cloth with double row stitching and metal eyelets, giving it a durable build that will hold up no matter what is thrown its way. The stitched-on leather patch adds just the right contrast to the deep navy blue—a subtle nod to the vibrant tones of the sailfish itself.
For this design, we teamed up with Captain James Strange of Fathom Photography, using one of his most iconic shots of an Atlantic sailfish taken right off the Charleston coast. That image became the blueprint for the patch, honoring one of the ocean’s fastest and most acrobatic predators.
